The WILD calls to us all. It is the opportunity to connect with God in all His beauty and ferocity.  Furthermore, God calls us to lead others into His presence.

WILD stands for Wise Interactive Leadership Development.

• Wise counsel from God through His Scripture gives us the basis for transforming our lives.
• Interactive experiences is the basis for developing life-long relationships and relational skills.
• Leadership enhances the character, competencies and connection so that you will increase your effectiveness with those you influence.
• Development focuses on your whole life progress: mental, physical, emotional and spiritual.

This blog applies the wisdom of the wilderness to the realm of equipping leaders to transform teenagers into disciple makers.

About Kevin Boer

Kevin Boer is the founder of LeadWILD.com.

• He is an avid outdoorsman. His hobbies include, hunting, fishing, hiking, paintballing, camping, boating and rock climbing.
• He is the Network Coach Trainer and Utah Coordinator for National Network of Youth Ministries uniting and equipping youth workers to reach teenagers.
• He has partnered with organizations like Youth for Christ, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, First Priority, Urban Youth Collaborative, Christian Youth Network, and Sonlife Ministries.
• He assists with Hiking and Climbing Classes with Biola University.
• He holds degrees in Agricultural Engineering from Cal Poly SLO, Christian Education from Talbot School of Theology and Organizational Leadership from Biola University.
• His passion is to Lead Wild by equipping others in their God given passions in with their Mental, Physical, Emotional and Spiritual capacities.
• His work has included the jobs of dairy foreman, ranch hand, cow breeder, property manager, youth pastor, teacher’s assistant, youth trainer, non-profit regional director and network coordinator.
• He is a certified Strengths Deployment Inventory Facilitator with Personal Strengths Publishing.
• He is a licensed pastor with the Conservative Congregational Christian Conference.
• He lives with his wife, Cindy, in St. George, Utah on three acres with their two sons and two Labrador Retrievers.
